'SILENT PLACE'
IN THIS DAY OF OUTER STRESS AND STRAIN,
MOST MEN AND WOMEN ARE LOOKING FOR THAT 'SILENT PLACE'. THE 'SILENCE'
IS A PLACE IN CONSCIOUSNESS WHERE WE CAN 'SEE' AND CONTROL FROM
A STATE OF UNITY AND CALM, THE PLANES OF LIGHT THAT AFFECTS ALL.
WHEN THE CONSCIOUSNESS THAT IS NOW UNATTACHED, IS FREE FROM THE
WORLD OF OBJECTS AND THE ATTACHMENTS THROUGH THE FIVE SENSES
AND SENSATIONS. THEN BECOMING AT ONE, UNITED WITH THE SILENCE
AND REALIZING THIS IS THE DIVINE NATURE, THIS IS THE CALM CRYSTAL
SEA OF AWARENESS THAT WILL LEAD YOU UPWARD TO THE MASTERY OF
THE PERSONALITY AND THE FREEDOM OF THE GREATER SELF IN THE LIGHT.
THE MASTER SELF, THE GREATER SELF, THEN, IS YOU AND YOU CAN CONTROL
YOUR SPIRITUAL DESTINY AND THE PATH OF LIFE THAT YOU CAME TO
EXPERIENCE.
THE RAINBOW BRIDGE MEDITATION IS A COLOR
AND LIGHT BRIDGE IN CONSCIOUSNESS, MADE OF THOUGHT STRATA, AS
WELL AS ENERGY AND LIGHT THAT MOVES IN THE BODY. THE RAINBOW
BRIDGE MEDITATION TAKES ONE FROM THE OUTER, TO THE INNER SELF
IN THE FIRST STAGE OF PRACTICE.
IN THE SECOND STAGE OF PRACTICE, THE RAINBOW
BRIDGE MEDITATION TAKES THE PRACTITIONER FROM THE LOWER SELF
TO THE HIGHER SELF.
IN THE THIRD STAGE OF PRACTICE, THE RAINBOW
BRIDGE MEDITATION TAKES THE PRACTITIONER FROM THE HIGHER SELF
TO THE SPIRITUAL SELF.
IN THE FINAL STAGE OF PRACTICE, THE RAINBOW
BRIDGE OF LIGHT MEDITATION TAKE THE PRACTITIONER FROM THE SPIRITUAL
SELF TO THE TRANSCENDENT SELF THAT STANDS IN THE PRESENCE OF
GOD. AT THE FINAL STAGE ONE HAS OPEN AND DIRECT CONTACT WITH
GOD IN A WAY ONE CAN KNOW AND UNDERSTAND GOD.
THERE IS MUCH TO DISTRACT US FROM OUR INNER
STATES, AS TO OUR DAILY ASSOCIATIONS WITH LIFE, THE FAMILY, JOB,
POSITION, RELATIONSHIPS AND AFFAIRS IN THE OUTER WORLD JUST TO
NAME A FEW, FOR THERE ARE COUNTLESS OUTER DRAWS ON CONSCIOUSNESS.
WITHIN OURSELF, WE ALSO HAVE STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS TO CONTROL
AND TAKE DOMINION OVER. OUR EMOTIONS AND MENTAL WAVES, SUCH AS
FEELING AND THINKING NATURES, NEED OUR CLOSE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION.
OUR PSYCHIC AND CREATIVE POWERS AND ABILITIES NEED OUR ATTENTION
TO DEVELOP. WE AS BEINGS NEED TO EXPERIENCE THE CLOSE INNER AND
OUTER CONTACT WITH GOD ON A DAILY BASIS FOR OUR SPIRITUAL HEALTH
AND WELL BEING.
WHO CAN CONTROL HIS OR HER STATE AND SPEED
UP EVOLUTION, THE UNFOLDING OF INNER AND OUTER EXPRESSION? ONLY
THE INDIVIDUAL WITHIN HIMSELF OR HERSELF CAN CONTROL 'THE MANY
SELVES' AND GAIN THIS MASTERY AND BECOME AS ONE WITHIN THE SELF
AND ONE WITH GOD. THE ONE WHO IS NOT BOUND BY TIME OR SPACE.
THE MINERAL, VEGETABLE, FISH, FOWL AND
ANIMAL KINGDOMS MUST FOLLOW THE LAWS OF THEIR PATTERNS, BUT YOU
HAVE THE UNCONDITIONED ENERGIES AND FREE WILL CHOICE WHEN YOU
CAN TAP THIS INNER SELF TRANSCENDENTAL FIELD OF CONSCIOUSNESS,
THE AWARENESS OF ALL POSSIBILITIES. CONTROL OF THE COMPLETE MENTAL
BODY AND ITS MORE SUBTLE FIELDS LIKE THE SUBCONSCIOUS AND SUPER
CONSCIOUS MINDS AND THE BRINGING TOGETHER OF THESE ENERGIES,
TO CREATE FORCES THAT BESTOW ONE'S GIFTS AND POWERS, GIVES TO
THE INDIVIDUAL HIS OR HER MASTER SELF. THROUGH THE POWER OF SELF
MASTERY ONE REACHES THE GODSELF tTHAT IS ONE WITH GOD CONSCIOUSLY,
OPEN AND DIRECT
The Rainbow Bridge Meditation process is to prepare one
for flight into other dimensions, other states of consciousness
where the personal potentials of the individual can be found
and demonstrated. We do not stress any special position, but
suggest the most comfortable posture so as if deep sleep would
come, the individual would not fall from that position and hurt
himself.
The second step is to release body tension by dynamic tension
and breath control. The dynamic tension is starting at the feet,
then the ankles, knees, hips, buttocks, pelvis, stomach and its
organs, the back, the chest, heart and lungs, neck, arms, hands,
face, head and pressing the tongue against the top of the mouth.
One must put the full tension without excessive strain. At the
same time one is to draw in a breath slowly as the tension is
created. When you have the whole body tensed, you should also
have a full breath. The breath is taken in and released simultaneously
with the tension.
As the tension and breath are released together, the thought
and feelings are released as 'negativity out'. This tensing and
releasing is done three times. When taking in the breath, always
through the nose, one starts by filling the stomach with air,
then the lungs and then the top of the lungs by movement of shoulders
backwards. When the breath is released with the tension, the
last bit of air must be squeezed out of the lungs with a hissing
sound. This last bit of air is called residual air and could
have been held in the lungs. After this tensing and releasing,
you are ready for your visualization of the Rainbow Bridge. Note
here, there are other Bridges, but they are taught in the advanced
Astral Physics Training.
Once you have released the tension and the cleansing breaths,
you are now ready to cross the Antahkarana, The Rainbow Bridge.
We start with the color Red, then Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue,
Indigo and Violet, Gold, Black and finally White. The colors
should be visualized at their center hue. Shaded is toward the
ego, tinted towards White is Spiritual. At first, these colors
are imagined, but soon you will see them as Light. Once one has
reached the White Light, they should then enter the silence.
THE RAINBOW BRIDGE MEDITATION
1st aspect
THE FIRST ASPECT OF THE PROCESS IS THE
RAINBOW BRIDGE MEDITATION IS THE CONTROLLED VIBRATIONS OF MANY
STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS TO CREATE A CONTINUITY OF AWARENESS FROM
THE OUTER TO THE INNER STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS AND THE INNER
TO THE OUTER STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS TO BRING YOU TO A SUPER
CONSCIOUS AWARENESS IN MIND.
FIRST WE WILL TEACH YOU THE PROPER POSITION
FOR THE BODY OF THE PHYSICAL. YOU CAN TAKE THE "LOTUS' POSITION
THAT MANY YOGIS ADOPT [setting on a flat surface with one's legs
cross and with one's feet resting on one's legs] OR THE SITTING
IN A CHAIR WITH YOUR HEAD AND BACK STRAIGHT AND SLIGHTLY FORWARD
OF THE BACK OF THE CHAIR WITH Your ARMS AND LEGS UNCROSSED.
NOTE TO KEEP YOUR HEAD AND BACK STRAIGHT.
YOU CAN ALSO USE THE CORPSE POSTURE, SIMPLY LAYING FLAT ON YOUR
BACK, WITH YOUR ARMS AND LEGS UNCROSSED.
HERE IT IS MOST IMPORTANT THAT ONE SHOULD
NOT TAKE THE WRONG DIRECTION AND ONE MUST REMEMBER THE TRUE GOAL
OF MEDITATION IS A DIVINE UNION WITH GOD. DO NOT MEDITATE ON
THE MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL FANTASIES. MEDITATE ON THE SOURCE OF
THESE WHICH IS WITHIN YOUR INNER SELF. DO NOT WORRY IF THOUGHTS
ARISE. NO MATTER WHAT ARISES IN THE MIND, POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE,
RIGHT OR WRONG, KNOW THAT IT ALL COMES FROM SOME SOURCE; IT IS
ALL MADE FROM THE BASIC SUBSTANCE. DO NOT TRY TO WASH AWAY MENTAL
AND EMOTIONAL IMPURITIES WITH SOAP AND WATER OR SWEEP THE DIRT
AWAY WITH A NEW BROOM.
TURN THE FREE WILL ATTENTION INWARDS TOWARDS
THE WITNESS OF YOUR THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS. MEDTATION IN THE SILENCE
AND WATCH THE PLAY OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN The MIND AND EMOTIONS.
YOU ARE THE KNOWER OF THE MIND, BUT THE MIND DOES NOT KNOW THAT.
LIVING WITHIN THE MIND, THE WITNESS-SELF MAKES US AWARE OF ALL
KNOWLEDGE, INCLUDING THE MIND. IT IS THE I AM WHO MAKES THE MIND
THINK AND FUNCTION. THAT MEANS THAT The WITNESS IS DIFFERENT
THAN MIND.
WHEN YOU SAY "THESE ARE MY CLOTHES",
THIS MEANS THAT THE CLOTHES BELONG TO YOU AND THAT YOU ARE DIFFERENT
FROM THE CLOTHES. IT IS THE SAME AS SAYING 'MY HEART', 'ARM OR
'MY MIND', IT ALSO MEANS YOU ARE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR HEART, ARM
OR MIND. THAT IS THE WITNESS, THAT IS THE KNOWER OF THE SELF.
THE WITNESS IS THE INFORMER OF THE EXPERIENCES OF DREAMS AND
INNER STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS WHEN THE SENSES AND SENSATIONS
OF THE OUTER FUNCTIONS ARE DULLED OR TURNED OFF. THE WITNESS
IS ALSO AWARE OF THE INNER JOY OF DEEP SLEEP. THIS WITNESS IS
PURE CONSCIUOSNESS, OBJECTIVE AND ATTRIBUTELESS. THIS PURE CONSCIOUS
AWARENESS IS ONE OF THE GOALS OF MEDITATION AND UNION WITH SELF
AND GOD IS THE OBJECT. NOT THE MIND.
THE MIND JUMPS AROUND LIKE A MONKEY JUMPS
FROM LIMB TO LIMB UNTIL THE MIND IS CULTIVATED. IF YOU SPEND
YOUR AWARENESS CHASING THE MIND AND TRYING TO MAKE IT STILL,
YOU FACE CALAMITY; DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT IN SUPPRESSING
THOUGHT, BE THE OBJECTIVE WITNESS TO THEM THROUGH OBSERVATION,
WITHOUT GETTING INVOLVED. IF You GET INVOLVED YOU ONLY HAVE 'Thinking
MEDITATION'. LET THOUGHT FORMS APPEAR AND DISAPPEAR, DO NOT FEAR
OR BECOME SUBJECTED.
CONSEDER ALL AWARENESS AS CONSCIOUSNESS.
TO UNDERSTAND THAT ALL THAT IS WITHIN AND WITHOUT IS SOME FORM
OF CONSCIOUSNESS THAT IS THERE TO EXPAND SELF AND HELP MEDITATION.
WITH THIS AWARENESS, THE MIND WILL BECOME CALM AND STEADY.
ONE SHOULD NEVER HAVE ANY PRECODITIONS
BEFORE ONE ENTERS MEDITATION. THE PRECONDITION WILL SO OCCUPY
THE MIND WITH ALL SORTS OF EXPLANATIONS THAT THE TRUE OBJECT
OF MEDITATION WILL BE LOST. THE MIND WILL BE SAYING, 'TAKE THIS
THOUGHT AND LEAVE THAT ONE'. THIS WILL FIND THE MIND IN A BATTLE
AND STRUGGLE WITH THESE PRECONDITIONS. IF YOU ENTER INTO MEDITATION
WITH A PRECONDITION, AS SOON AS YOU SEEK TO RELAX, IT WILL APPEAR
ON THE FILAMENT OF THE MIND.
A MAN ONCE TOLD NOT TO THINK OF A WHITE
POLAR BEAR FOUND THAT EVERY TIME HE WENT INWARD HE RECEIVED THE
REFLECTION OF THIS WHITE POLAR BEAR IN HIS MIND. IF YOU FILL
THE MIND WITH PRECONDITIONS YOU WILL BE BOUND IN YOUR OWN TRAP.
THEREFORE, MAKE NO PRECONDITIONS.
MEDITATION IS SPONTANEOUS WHEN WE RECEIVE
THE GRACE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, THE GRACE OF GOD. MEDITATION SHOULD
BE NATURAL AND EFFORDLESS. TO BALANCE OUT THE VEHICLE OF CONSCIOUSNESS
THERE ARE TWO MORE ASPECTS BESIDES THE RAINBOW BRIDGE MEDITATION.
THEY ARE THE CHANTING OF A MANTRA, TO CONTROL THE MIND AND BREATH
CONTROL, TO KEEP ONE IN THE PRESENCE. BY CHANTING A MANTRA, THE
FIELD OF ELECTRO-MAGNETIC ENERGY IN ONE'S AURA IS BROUGHT INTO
HARMONY.
THE MANTRA CALMS AND CONTROLS THE MIND
AND EMOTIONS AND CARRIES ONE INTO MEDITATION. IT IS THE VOICE
OF THE SOUL. WHEN ONE REACHES THE MYSTICAL UNION IN THE AT-ONE-MENT,
WHILE PRACTICING SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES, WHEN THE MANTRA IS JUST
A MANTRA, ONLY WORDS AND THEN THE WORDS FADE, THIS IS WHEN YOU
ENTER THE SILENCE AND REALIZE THE PRESENCE OF SUPREME CONSCIOUSNESS.
TO DATE, MANY REPEAT AND REPEAT THE FALSE
MANTRAS. THE WAY WE THINK OF OURSELVES WELL AS FELLING IDEAS
SUCH AS, "I AM A MAN", "I AM A WOMAN","I
AM WHITE", "I AM BLACK", "I AM A DOCTOR",
AND ON AND ON, BY SUCH IMPRESSIONS IN CONSCIOUSNESS, WE LOSE
THE TRUE SELF. BY ACTING ONE WAY WITH OUR PARENTS, ANOTHER WAY
WITH THE PEOPLE WE WORK WITH, ANOTHER WAY WITH OUR FRIENDS AND
ANOTHER WAY WITH STRANGERS,WE LOSE OUR TRUE SELF.
BY FOOLING OURSELF AND NOT DOING WHAT COMES
NATURAL TO US WE LOSE OUR SELF, THE TRUE SELF THAT IS GOD EXPRESSING.
ALL OF THESE STATES OF MIND AND CONSCIOUSNESS DOES NOT AND CAN
NOT EXPRESS OUR TRUE SELF.
INSTEAD IT WOULD BE BETTER TO THINK "I
AM THE SELF"; "I AM GOD EXPRESSING"; "I AM
LIGHT"; "I AM THAT I AM"; "I AM DIVINE"
and "I AM PURE CONSCIOUSNESS." IN THIS WAY WE COULD
FREE OURSELF OF ALL LIMITATIONS. IN THE MEDITATION WE FIND THE
SELF, BECOMING IN ATONEMENT WITH OUR TRUE NATURE AS GOD EXPRESSING.
THEREFORE, WHEN REPEATING THE TRUE MANTRA
WITH REVERENCE, SURRENDER, WISDOM, TRUTH, LOVE AND FAITH WE ARE
UPLIFTED INTO OUR TRUE EXPRESSION.
THE MANTRA CLEARS OUR BEING, WASHES AWAY
OLD SINS AND MAKES US PURE. THIS "NEW LIFE" ENERGY,
THIS REBRITH OF BEING CIRCULATES THROUGHOUT ALL OUR BODIES OF
CONSCIOUSNESS, PURIFYING AND GIVING US A NEW INNER AND OUTER
STRENGHT.
