MEDITATION PROCESS
In the Meditation process we are seeking to lead the student's
attention, concentration and observation to the meditative state
of Conscious Awareness through the 'Eye of the Needle into the
Inner Silence of the Soul. At first, the personality wishes to
involve all the attention, concentration and observation in other
things rather than the goal of the Process. Through practice
success is obtained in turning these elements of consciousness
inward. We have found that by increasing tension, tension can
be released. This principle works on the Physical, Emotional
and Mental Planes, the Spirit is never tense.
All processes in Astral Physics start by creating a comfortable
body position, then a relaxing of the Physical, Emotional and
Mental Bodies. Relaxation and magnetism of the bodies are according
to the ratio of performance. If both conditions, relaxation and
magnetism, are 100 % perfect, the result will also be 100 %.
It is always in accordance with the degree and proportion of
both magnetism and relaxation.
During the process One must feel and see the steps of the
process to be of service to the channel of God's Light. Example:
when leading Oneself through the Chakras, One should feel the
Kundalini movement in his or her own body as well as an emotional
and mental projection to each Chakra individually and as a group.
This means that you see the group of meditators on the Planet
all at once, as well as simultaneously seeing Oneself.
When seeing the colors, see them around each Meditator
and yourself. The more One can visualize the process on his or
her own inner screen, projecting to each Meditator, the greater
will be the success of the whole Body of Meditators. Because
the Inner Powers of Tat are not bound by space or time, Tat's
visualization is constant for years of practice for the Meditator.
Many Meditators feel Tat's presence in the meditation and some
see Tat there with them. Tat is a Suddhi Guru and can appear
on the Inner Planes and Outer Plane of the Meditators Consciousness.
Your voice when leading Meditation should be steady, calm
and projected to reach the back of the room and in the ears of
the students. Your voice, through chanting and singing can be
trained to be pleasing to the ear of the Listener.
